Q: What is your favorite song from Big Bad World and why?
De'Mar: If I had to pick a favorite song from BBW it would be Sunlight. It's one of my favorite songs to play live. I also think Sunlight is different than a lot of our other songs lyrically.
Tim: Someday is probably my favorite song on the record. It has that U2-esk global appeal. Kindof a call to arms type song that is important in times like these. It's inspiring and motivating.
Tom: I think big bad world is the best album we have made yet. I love every song on it, but if i had to chose 1234 and Someday would be my favorites. Those are the songs that I think speak the loudest about love and hope. Those are the songs that I would really want the whole world to hear.
Mike: My favorite song from Big Bad World is Sunlight because I get chills when we play it.
Dave: Coming soon
Q: What was it like performing '1,2,3,4' on 'One Life to Live?' - submitted by Hollymarie
Tim: Performing on One Life to Live was not much different than doing late night TV like Leno except that the audience was full of some of the most beautiful female actresses I've seen. It made the experience slightly more entertaining for us single members of the band.
Q: What was your reaction when you saw your first music video on TV? - submitted by Paula
De'Mar: I believe Take Me Away was the first video I saw and it was on MTV late night. I was pretty stoked actually. It was pretty amazing to see myself on TV. I believe that was the first time we’d ever been on TV.
Q: What is your favorite city you have ever played in? - submitted by Anna
Mike: My favorite city we've played in is Chicago, but I always get so stressed out when we do because things are always so hectic before and after we play.
Q: Who is the most "interesting" band you have ever toured with? - submitted by Alexa
Tom: Well I'm a big Panic At The Disco fan, so for me they are the most interesting band we have toured with. They are always changing it up, so you never know what they are gonna do next. That keeps it exciting!
Q: What kind of venue do you prefer to play at, an arena or small club? - submitted by Kate
Mike: They both have their pros and cons. Small clubs are great because you can see everybody and see if they're into the show. Arena's are great because you can play to so many people and feel like you're on top of the world.
Q: If you weren't in the Plain White T's, what other career do you think you would have today? - Submitted by Kelly
Tim: If I wasn't in the T's I think I'd be interested in scoring films. I've been doing some home recording lately and the possibilities just seem endless. I think it would be fun to bring the scenes to life with the right mood setting music.
